Customer portal

Where a Commercial licence is managed.

The portal is the account area for Commercial customers — licences, activation, the image registry and support. It is built, and anyone can register a free account there to raise support. Running Broka Community needs no account and no licence.

What the portal does
  • Your licences, the installations each one is bound to, and what state they are in
  • Activation: take a code for an online licence; an offline key for an air-gapped network comes from us by e-mail
  • The registry credential for the commercial images, issued and rotated by you
  • Support requests, with their history kept against your organisation
Stated plainly

A Commercial account is opened by the checkout, so there is nothing Commercial to sign up for here. A free account is the other way round: you register yourself, sign in, and reset your own password from the same screen. Running Broka Community needs none of it — no account, no key, no activation.

Signing in

A Commercial account is opened by the checkout. When the edition is on sale, the checkout creates the account itself: the person named on it is invited by email and signs in here, with nothing to wait for from us. The free edition is the other way round: anyone can register, and that account exists to raise support and read the answer. It is not a second membership — somebody who registers free and buys later keeps the same account and the same history.

Commercial is not being sold yet. If you want to be told when it opens, join the waitlist — three details, and we write when there is something to say.

Already running Community? Nothing on this page applies to you — the documentation is the place to start.
