Roadmap

Updated 7 October 2026 · applies to 1.0.1 · Community and Commercial

What we plan to build. There are no dates and no order on this page: an item moves into the release notes when it ships, and an item can change shape before it does.

Both editions

  • Composite alert conditions — several metrics in one rule — and alerts on trends and learned thresholds, with metric history kept for 7, 30, 45 or 90 days.
  • Live metric charts in alert rules and on resource pages.
  • Account security: inactive accounts disabled after a period you set, and a configurable lockout.
  • A version check that tells you when a new release is out, and registration of the installation with us — the installation's identifier, version and edition, and nothing about your brokers or how you use BROKA.
  • In-product guidance for first steps and empty screens.
  • Images for linux/arm64.
  • Custom deserializers for the Kafka message browser.
  • Self-service password reset and invitations by e-mail in the console.

Commercial

  • Single sign-on: OIDC first, then SAML and LDAP.
  • Searching many topics at once, with export and saved searches — and, in both editions, deleting consumer groups in bulk: select them in the list, or match the empty ones by name, preview, then delete.
  • MirrorMaker 2 replication flows: the flows between two clusters, their lag, their state and failover.
  • Access Review shows the access that resource-pattern grants give, account by account and permission by permission.
  • Insights: a health score and risk cards per connection.
  • Change data capture to Redis and RabbitMQ.
  • Access requests with owner approval, creating the broker permission automatically.
  • Resource policies: naming, configuration and label rules enforced when a resource is created.
  • One screen for access control across Kafka ACLs, Redis ACL users and RabbitMQ permissions.
  • One view of consumer groups and lag across Kafka, Redis streams and RabbitMQ streams.

Customer portal

  • Roles inside an organisation: Owner, Admin and Member.
